OFFICIAL RULES

1. Contestants must submit a picture/selfie featuring the color blue to be entered to win.

2. May enter as many pictures/selfies as you want.

3. For extra votes per picture/selfie use both #KnoxBluesFest and #MWRBlue in the photo description.

4. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States.

5. The contest will close on September 12 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

6. A winner will be chosen and notified via email. The winner will also be announced at Blues Fest on September 12 and on social media to followers of Fort Knox Family & MWR.

7. Pictures/selfies must be appropriate.

8. MWR reserves the right to remove any pictures/selfies deemed inappropriate from the contest.

9. MWR employees may participate but are not eligible to win
